Comfortable Pottery Barn barstools and a large dining table provide plenty of space for casual family meals and entertaining.
The kitchen opens to a charming front porch with additional seating, while the living room connects to a fabulous outdoor entertaining area. The "Gulf Getaway at Ravens Run" back deck features comfortable seating and leads to a spacious paver patio with an outdoor dining table, conversation seating, and a premium Wilmington grill—all overlooking the Raven Golf Course. This peaceful outdoor retreat is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, family meals, or enjoying the sunset as golfers pass by.
Also located on the main level is the master king suite. Its private bathroom features a tile shower with bench seating, a separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet with a desk and chair that can also serve as a convenient workspace. The master suite also offers a private door with direct access to the back deck. Down the hall, guests will find a second bedroom with a king bed and private access to the front porch. A nearby guest bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Upstairs a private guest suite with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub-and-shower combination.
