Welcome to “Ravens Run,” a wonderfully appointed home located in the highly sought-after Laurel Grove community within Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Known as one of the resort's most desirable neighborhoods, Laurel Grove offers a peaceful residential setting paired with convenient access to Sandestin's world-class amenities, private beach access, golf courses, and entertainment.
The main level features an open-concept living and dining area designed for gathering and relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and bar seating for additional dining space. A conveniently located powder room is just off the living area. Also on the first floor is a queen guest suite with a pillow-top mattress and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower—ideal for guests who prefer main-level accommodations.
Step outside to the furnished back porch, where plush wicker seating and a porch swing overlook the fairway of the Raven Golf Course. This tranquil outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or sunset views as golfers pass by.
Upstairs, the primary king suite offers a pillow-top mattress, an oversized walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. A queen guest bedroom provides additional sleeping flexibility, while the bunk room features two twin bunk bed sets—perfect for kids or teens. A full guest bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. Twin rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses are available in select closets for added sleeping options.
Two 6-seat street-legal Icon golf carts are provided for guest use, making it easy to explore the resort, head to the beach, visit Baytowne Wharf, or enjoy dining at Grand Boulevard.

Sandestin Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. The property was all we imagined and then some. From the start, drive into the driveway and see the two golf carts you know this is a quality rental. Once we stepped inside of the house the quality didn’t stop, big open space , great kitchen living room and dining room combo. You also see the golf course through the sliding doors that lead to the back porche. There we had multiple bbq and enjoy the views. The rooms were generous in size each with their own full size bathrooms. All of that to be complemented by the pool and gym room area only a couple of minutes walk and half that with the golf cart. For groceries , took the golf cart form 10 minute ride (back and forth) to the closest store area. All and all wonderful experience.

Everything was as described, well appointed, super comfortable beds. Conveniently located and golf cart was an amazing help especially with kids (one didn’t work well for us but we only needed one). Perfect layout for kids. Other than the cold days, we enjoyed our first time in the panhandle of Florida and avoided a blizzard back home so overall a win. Only thing of note is make sure to look up the golf cart tunnel and where you can drive it to get to the beach. This was initially confusing! Resort pools were very warm (86!) and not busy. Super relaxing with the kids.
