Rig’s Beach Retreat is a single family home with room for families and friend groups to enjoy Gulf living. On the first floor, you’ll find an open concept living space with full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Take your food and conversation outside, as this home features a front porch, screened back porch with cozy seating and sun curtains, along with a paver patio with grill for personal use in the spacious backyard. This home is one of only a few in Bungalos with a back porch.
While this house was made to entertain, your guests will have all the comforts they need each night, too! On the first floor, you’ll find a master bedroom with walk-in closet for long stays and en suite bath, along with a guest room featuring bunkbeds for the kids. The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The property needs some attention. The oven is a mystery. 350 degrees isn’t hot but bumping it up to 400 burns everything. The couches are really dirty. We put sheets on them to sit. Large hole in tile in den. Hurts when barefoot. Dangerous to our toddler for sure. We have stayed here for many years. Love it and don’t want to make a change but definitely needing TLC.

We stayed here over Xmas. It’s a lovely property. The back porch was a lovely bonus. Great area! The house was beautifully decorated and lovely and clean. My only complaint was that if you wanted to do home cooking, it was a bit difficult as the kitchen utensils and pots and pans were a bit lacking and dated. On a positive note, the washer and dryer were amazing! We had one slight hiccup with the getting the golf cart started but the property management team was absolutely amazing and dealt with it instantly, even over Xmas holidays!! So, overall a fabulous experience staying here!

The house was as described and expected. The location is fantastic and the use of the golf cart is a great amenity. The house lacked basics that have been stocked in other VRBOs that we have stayed in - salt, pepper, etc.
The refrigerator didn’t work well for the 1st few days. It took a number of calls to the property manager to get it resolved. Unfortunately, we lost some food due to the lack of cooling. Ultimately they made the repair.
I would recommend staying at this property.
