We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean and in a fantastic location—super close to all the resort activities. Having two golf carts was a huge plus, especially since we traveled with nine people (six adults and three kids). Everyone had space to get around easily.The kids loved the little den with two beds just for them, and the adults really enjoyed the convenience of the pool. It was a smaller pool, but still nice and very close by. Another highlight was the showers—the water pressure was spectacular!The only issue we ran into was with the AC. The breaker kept tripping, so sometimes we’d come back from the beach and the main floor was hot (and in Florida, that’s tough). Thankfully, customer service was excellent, and we even received reimbursement for the inconvenience.

We had a wonderful time with our family, ages 17 months to 93 years. We fit everyone on the 2 golf carts and it was very convenient for the pool and Baytowne Wharf. It wasn’t a bad ride to the beach either, about 20 minutes in the golf cart. The only problem we had was that the doors to the restrooms at the pool were locked and we were unable to get the code so we had to walk back and forth to the house. Overall we had a great stay.
