Get around with ease using the six-seater golf cart, hit the pristine beaches, challenge the many local golf courses, and shop, dine, and play at the Village of Baytowne Wharf.
Step across the front porch, through the front door, and into a sunlit, Tuscan-inspired interior. Find cool terracotta floor tiles on the ground floor, and soaring ceilings and high-end comforts and amenities throughout. The well-equipped island kitchen stands to one side, with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating. Gather for more formal meals at the nearby dining table - also ideal for family game nights - and then make your way into the living area, where you can sink into the plush seating and watch TV into the evening.
Out back, breathe in the fresh air, relax on your furnished patio, and light the brand-new gas grill (2024) as dragonflies dance across the lilies on the water.
For sleeping options, this home offers four comfortable bedrooms, including a kid-friendly bunk room and a top-floor main bedroom with an en suite bath and a private balcony ready for your morning coffee. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning.

Very Clean home. Check in Check out was easy and quick. House was well equipped. My Family of 7 were quite comfortable. Golf cart got us to the beach and back. Pools were clean and not overcrowded. We will return.

House is great and is in an excellent location!! Golf cart provides convenient travel to the beach. Neighborhood pool is in short walking distance from the home. The neighborhood Wharf is excellent entertainment for the entire family. I recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home is located in a perfectly gated community, offering a great sense of security and peace of mind. One of the highlights for our family was having access to a golf cart it made exploring the neighborhood so much fun and convenient for all of us. The community itself was beautiful and well maintained, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
