Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the stay and no doubt the house is beautiful and just right to accommodate 10 people. Location, very convenient to groceries and eateries. Everything was excellent! Only 2 disappointment were,1. Hook to hang wet towels in the bathroom would be helpful and 2. house needs new pots and pans. They were not enough and were unsafe to use as all the nonstick coating had peeled.

We had a great stay here. Met outvneeds, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. This was our second time staying at this property. The only thing needed is to upgrade the kitchen pots and pans.

over all a great stay. Two improvements would be additional cooking pots and pans and a wine opener. Also in the living room side tables to put a drink on would be good, the coffee table served both couches. We did appreciate the appliances and the full size washer and dryer

The home looked even better in person than the online pictures. We loved it so much we extended our stay. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The golf cart was the icing on the cake. I’ll be back soon.
