Welcome to Lasata 3401–3403, affectionately known as “Suite Sunshine.” This beautiful Baytowne Wharf condo is ideally located on the north side of the prestigious Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida.
Inside, you’ll be greeted by soothing tones, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and stylish new furniture accented with modern décor—creating the perfect retreat after a fun day in the sun or a busy day at the nearby conference center, just a short walk away.
The main living space offers comfy seating, including a sofa sleeper, a large flat-screen TV, and easy access to your private wrap-around balcony. Step outside and enjoy a vacation cocktail while taking in peek-a-boo views of the Choctawhatchee Bay! Back inside, the dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating, and the fully stocked kitchen ensures all the comforts of home. From a fridge/freezer and dishwasher to a blender, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and drinkware—you’ll have everything you need to prepare and share a meal with family and friends.
Your master suite is an oasis with a plush king-size bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The spacious second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom offers two cozy queen beds for additional guests.

Everything was amazing ! We love the resort and the location. Being able to walk to dinner or to get ice cream is so nice. And there’s so many places to sit in the shade. The pool is one of my favorite things about the resort ! And the condo itself was just as described. Plenty of space for us and our married kids to spread out ! Thank you again !

Our family vacation stay at Lasata was amazing! The unit was very clean and roomy enough for all of us. Baytowne Wharf is literally right outside the door - you can walk quickly to any destination within that area. The pool at the complex was huge and had a really big beach entry, which was perfect for the grandbaby to play in. On days we felt like hitting the beach, the tram service was wonderful! We never had to wait long for one and always got to/from our destination with no issues. We will definitely be back!

Property was as described and fit all of us comfortably. Floors could have been cleaned better, not sure they were even mopped before our arrival. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the property upon arrival. Overall, property was great. Fridge had been replaced as well unlike a previous review on VRBO stated. Overall, we were happy with the stay!

Place was as advertised, nice and clean, however we were informed day of check-in that the refrigerator was broken. We were assured a repair was imminent. Repairman never came. We inquired several times about it. When we noticed a May review (since removed) with the same issue, we were told a replacement fridge was ordered. In the four days remaining, no replacement made. This was a major inconvenience for a family of 8. While we were offered some compensation we were disappointed with the lack of responsiveness.
