The second bedroom has two single beds and also has direct access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have large closets. It has an opened concept and fully equipped kitchen. The living room that communicates directly with the terrace is equipped with a dining table for four people, a sofa, and a large-format Smart TV. The two bathrooms are fully equipped and have comfortable showers. It has a large terrace with a motorized awning and outdoor furniture.
The apartment has heating for the winter months and air conditioning in the living room for the summer. It also has a free Wi-Fi connection. The location is perfect for practically everything in San Sebastian. Both the best shopping area, the old town, bars and restaurants, everything is just a few steps away.

Property is clean and as described it has a very large outdoor area with table and chairs but could use comfortable seating to take advantage of outdoor space. Location is great! Check-in must be done at a different location and taxis and ride share are difficult to find so works well if you are traveling light! Necessaries like toilet paper and dishwashing soap provided in very limited quantities- no coffee, very limited kitchen/cooking supplies, but plenty of markets nearby.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location! We loved being steps from everything San Sebastian has to offer. The apartment is spacious and immaculate. It was a great place for our family of four to rest and recharge after our daily adventures. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we hope to return!

The apartment is superbly located in the old part of town. It is central to restaurants and shopping. Beds were remarkably comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms have nice showers. We found it to be quiet in the evening. The kitchen, however, is poorly equiped for cooking. When we arrived the heat did not work, but a repairman was sent immediatley on a late Friday afternoon to make things right. Phone and message communication with management was quick and efficient. If you come by car do not expect to find street parking. An underground garage a few blocks away costs about 30 EUR per day.

We were very happy with the apartment for the 4 night we stayed (parents adult daughter). It was immediately available and very clean even though we arrived early. The location was perfect with access to everything in Old Town and made all the tourist locations easily walkable. Didn’t really use it because of weather, but the patio is huge - though in the middle of a block of apartments, where voices would carry! A very close supermarket was quite helpful. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms spacious compared to many in Spain. Great to have access to a washing machine/ laundry room halfway through our trip. Nice kitchen, but too many eateries to try, so we didn't use it. The table's chairs left a lot to be desired - don't plan to sit in them for long!Would return and recommend!
