About this apartment rental
Nice apartment of 62m2 on the seventh floor of a building with elevator in the center of the city.
It has a great and spacious terrace overlooking the Bay of La Concha and the gardens of Alderdi Eder.
We are a management company for the rental of tourist apartments in San Sebastián of recognized prestige and with years of experience, managing numerous apartments.
In our company, two of the things that we value the most and give great importance are:
- We value and attach great importance to CLEANING THE APARTMENTS.
- For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature to guarantee 100% hygiene.
- Very personalized attention to all our guests.
The apartment consists of:
- Exterior living room with built-in kitchen with two holes with exit to the terrace.
- Exterior main bedroom with double bed with exit to the terrace.
- Exterior room with two single beds, to patio of apple.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Washing machine.
- Dishwasher.
- Refrigerator.
- Oven.
- Ceramic hob.
- Small household appliance. (Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, hair dryer, iron, etc.)
- Sheets, towels, shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper).
- WIFI

- Individual heating.
- Intercom.
- Disabled access on the portal.
In the heart of the romantic area, just a short walk from the beach of La Concha, next to the Town Hall, La Plaza Gipuzkoa, Parte Vieja and any place of interest.
Very well located in the center of the city, Parte Vieja with beautiful views from the terrace to the bay of La Concha. Next to the Town Hall, the gardens of Alderdi Eder and the promenade and the beach of La Concha.
Two steps away from the commercial area, the beaches of La Concha and La Zurriola, as well as the Old Quarter, where culture, St. Mary's Basilica, St. Vincent church, San Telmo museum and gastronomy With countless bars where you can taste their famous pintxos.

Great place with a beautiful view. Host was also great with communication and responses. Arrived early and contacted host and let us check in a little earlier. For some reason heat stopped working, he had it fixed while we were out sight-seeing. We try to go every couple of years to San Sebastian, this will definitely be my go to place if available. Thank you Juan

This was the PERFECT location in Donostia! The rooms were comfortable, the deck was spectacular and it was close to everything you want to see and do. Juan was a perfect host! The day we arrived there was a large march that blocked most of the roads in and out of old town. Juan guided us right to him and escorted us to the apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Sebastián!

We just were there during the third week of June, and found the apartment to be in the perfect location with an amazing view of La Concha Beach. Juan was a highly communicative and very friendly host. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.
