Fermin Suite is a modern and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Old Town, between Fermin Kalbeton and Narrika streets, both known for their wide gastronomic offer. Despite its location in the Old Town this is quiet apartment thanks to the quality of its construction and insulation, just one step from La Concha Beach and the Centre of San Sebastián.
The apartment has been entirely remodelled in 2019 using first rate materials and furniture. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details and it is completely equipped including air conditioning. It faces Narrika street (living room and one bedroom) and to a quiet interior patio (main bedroom and dinning kitchen).
