Avenida Suite La Concha is a modern and calm apartment, with an excellent location. It is situated in Libertad Avenue, the main commercial street of the city, located in the very centre, very close to La Concha Beach and less than 5 minutes away from the Old Town.

It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. It faces a wide and bright patio and it is situated on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment is in the best location downtown one block from the beach and close to all the shopping and restaurants and supermarkets. Walking distance to old town and many buses just at the door. Very well equipped kitchen and nice modern bathrooms. The only improvement needed is a new couch in the living room.

Excellent apartment, very central and quiet. 5 minute walk to old town. Only problem was that you cannot see what the weather is like from inside the apartment. All windows look into an enclosed courtyard. At least this keeps out the street noise.
