Casa del Norte - quiet, cozy & fantastic location!

Beautiful decor, spacious, homely and cozy. The apartment is 1 minute from the Old Town main square where all the cafes and bars are located and only 15 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. Good sockets for charging phones, aircon unit were sufficient. Had games and netflix / Prime. We had a welcoming bottle of cider which was appreciated. Plenty of towels, hairdryer, plenty of toilet paper. Host was fantastic: gave us late checkout at 12noon, didn't ask us to strip beds, take out trash etc. He even accepted a 4th person to our booking at short notice at no extra charge. Overall, wonderful apartment.

The apartment felt quite dark so you need the lights on all the time. You can't sit out on the balconies, only room for one chair. When we were there, there was scaffolding up on the next building so we had no view of the sea. The shower door was broken, it's small and a bit impractical for tall people. The lift is tiny and only take 2 people at a time but this didn't bother us!

The apartment is honestly in the best location. It is extremely close to the old town, yet there is no noise other than the sound of the ocean. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. He has a great list of suggestions and really does know what he is talking about. We would really go back to this place anytime.

Washing machine was not working during our stay, but it did not bother us. Really do not have anything negative to say.
