great location, fab facilities and level of comfort - we really enjoyed the time we spent in the apartment. The balcony was ace for relaxing on in the evening too.

We realized on Day 2 that our hot water wasn't working - we tried using the boost button but that did not resolve the issue. It was hot weather so a cold shower wasn't too much of a hardship! :)

Access instructions easy to follow and exactly as quoted in the emails. Location great. Apartment spotless. Apartment of a high standard. Parking excellent. Staff on reception friendly. Nice indoor pool even if a little cold, changing room. Pool table and bar football available, I believe a gym etc. although didn't check this out as not for me. Easy access to a bar and restaurant.

No towel rails in the bathrooms. The blind in one bedroom had been fitted too high so was 3inches short when lowered/closed allowing light to stream in in the mornings. No bath matts or anti slip floors in the shower/bath - became very very slippy (quite dangerous). There apartment I stayed in had a very low although quiet humming noise that would start very quietly and gradually get louder and then just stop and then start all over again after approx 10 minutes (24/7). Not a problem in the day as not noticeable but became more evident at night when all is quiet, Unfortunately as a very light sleeper it became more evident as the week went on as I became more and more aware of it. (may not apply to all apartments). Take ear plugs!
