About this apartment rental

Arranged over one floor, the accommodation is elegantly appointed throughout. The lounge, furnished with comfortable sofas and a 43” Smart TV with Freeview, is perfect for families and groups of friends to catch up or watch a movie. In the well equipped open plan kitchen/diner, there is a range cooker, gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink and Tassimo coffee machine are all to hand. Lounge and kitchen/diner windows bring the glorious Devon countryside, as well as valley and sea views to you while you eat and relax.

A separate utility room houses a washing machine & tumble dryer A family bathroom is equipped with WC, basin, shower and bath. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king sized bed and has the luxury of an ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 has a King, bedroom 3 has a single and bedroom 4 has a bunkbed.

There is private parking on the driveway for three cars at the front of the property in front of the garage. Access to Lower Upover is through the front door on the side of the property. A path leading downwards from the driveway curves around to this side access. The lawned area at the front of the property is reserved for Higher Upover guests who are staying in the first floor apartment which is above Lower Upover.

A terraced area with dining seating for 7 is accessed through the front door on the side of the house or the french doors from the kitchen. A pathway from these doors leads to a patio area with BBQ which provides an outdoor space for all to enjoy whilst staying at Lower Upover. Dogs are request only and charges apply.

Lower Upover is perfectly positioned. Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island in the season; voted No.6 in Europe and No.20 in the world by travellers in 2020, Woolacombe Beach, one of the best in the UK and renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities, is only a 10 minute walk.
