The double-volume open plan living/dining/cooking space with sliding doors to the outside provides an ideal setting for indoor/outdoor entertaining. A private terrace and garden allow for BBQ sessions and relaxation. The four luxury bedrooms offer sumptuous retreats, with a twin and king on the ground floor and another twin and king upstairs. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings, catering to the needs of large families or four couples.

We spent Monday to Friday at No1 The vista with the family to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There were 8 of us altogether plus 2 small dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. It felt like home, we were all very comfortable. We made use of the jacuzzi and the barbecue. The view from the decking was fantastic, there was lots of space outside. I have already recommended it to friends. No, it’s not cheap but we felt, as it was a special occasion, it was worth every penny.

Great holiday and great accommodation. Property is modern, airy and well kept. Benefits from private EV charging point. Benefits from a shared swimming pool (has to be booked in advance - but no problems, booked multiple times, almost daily). Large private hot tub. Parking for two and 3 shared visitor spaces. The only thing that could have made the property better is if it had been located on the beach, but it’s only a short ride into Woolacombe.

all went ok - beautiful house in nice surroundings.
There was some mouldy food in the cupboards when we arrived which hadn't been dealt with but soon was.
Had a couple of small faults when there and got no reply from the owners to fix them - but nothing too important.
