About this house rental
Arranged over 3 floors, the accommodation is elegantly appointed throughout. The open plan living space is furnished with comfortable sofas, 50” TV (Freeview, Netflix and DVD available) and woodburner. In the well equipped kitchen/diner, there is a 6 seater island, range cooker, gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, double butler sink and Nespresso machine. In the dining room, wall to wall picture windows bring the glorious Devon countryside to you while you eat. This space also provides an additional lounge area with 30” TV and DVD player.
A downstairs utility room houses washing machine, tumble dryer, shower room, WC and basin. family bathroom over-bath shower On the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (double shower, and double ended bath), French doors leading out onto a stunning terraced balcony. Bedroom 2 has a King (2 singles on request); and bedroom 3 has a double. On the 2nd floor, bedroom 4 has 3 singles and a pull out bed (ideal for kids).
Outside, a paved patio with seating for 8, brick built BBQ, outdoor toys, lawned garden backing onto woodland provide an outdoor space to enjoy. A single garage offers storage space for surfboards and bikes. Dogs are welcome on request only and charges apply.

We stayed in hazelmere for my husbands 40th birthday, lovely setting home from home, lots of space even though there were 10 of us we had more than enough space set over 3 floors and 3 double bedrooms it was perfect. Very clean We usually parked in woolacombe for the day to access the beach Amazing views to wake up to This really is a great find You can also use all the facilities at woolacombe caravan park next door if you wish great for the children Thank you hazelmere

Great private location with ample space. The only downside was the plumbing which was incredibly noisy and woke up the entire houshold every time someone used a tap.

Beautiful setting. No check in details given. Couldn't reach host. Vrbo couldn't reach host. So stressful with 3 under fours in car. Vrbo offered refund if we could rebook similar. Please... Devon in August? Try Expedia they suggested. Two other parties were on their way to the property, not knowing the outcome. Thanks to police & locksmith we were in.Plumbing sounds like a fog horn (literally) waking people up.TJS Properties need to get maintenance & repair & refurb.
