This semi-detached home promises comfort and calm, with everything you need for a coastal break. Although set next to the owners’ property, your privacy is assured, leaving you free to unwind and make the most of your stay. Head inside to a welcoming hallway that leads into the bright open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Here, double patio doors draw in natural light and open straight onto the garden terrace. You’ll find everything you need to cook, eat, and relax, with plush seating and a Smart TV for evenings in. The ground floor hosts two bedrooms: a light-filled twin room with a Smart TV, sofa, and garden views, and a cosy double bedroom. A sleek shower room completes this level. Upstairs, choose from two further bedrooms. One king-size room has Velux windows and an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom is the real showstopper – featuring a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Step out onto your private balcony through the double patio doors and take in elevated coastal views – a glorious setting for morning coffee or evening stargazing.
Outside, the large patio is made for sociable moments, with a dining table, chairs, and a hot tub for soaking under the stars. Beyond lies a lawned garden for exercising dogs or a kickabout with the children. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided, with extra roadside parking nearby (subject to availability). An EV charging point is also available by arrangement (at an additional cost payable to the owner).

- 3 bathrooms – 1 family shower room with WC, 1 en-suite shower room with WC, 1 en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC
- Electric oven, induction hob (be aware if you have a pacemaker), microwave, fridge, freezer, central island unit, dishwasher, and washing machine
- Travel cot and highchair available
- Smart TVs in the living space and ground-floor twin bedroom
- Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and hot tub
- Off-road parking for 2 cars, additional roadside parking subject to availability
- EV charger available by arrangement and payment with the owner
- Beach, shops, pubs and restaurants within 2 miles
- Please note – no stag/hen parties accepted
- Vacate property at 9.30am required
