Location fantastic but apartment “tired”!

The location and views of Woolacombe beach were fantastic. The apartment did have a washer dryer and clean dishwasher. It was warm and cosy once we aired it.

The furniture was shabby and needed a refresh. The pillows were dirty and the bedding too small for the bed! The oven was dirty. More wine glasses were required. No welcome goodies-not even milk for a cup of tea!

Although large size bed found that because it was joined uncomfortable if you laid on it at night Bathroom was smaller than expected Floor was not swept under sofas Cleaning perhaps a little rushed as splash backs were smeary One blind was difficult to pull back up so left it up

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment well located with great views

Fabulous location with lovely views. Spacious rooms and fairly well equipped. A great base for a trip to Woolacombe. Ease of parking and access a bonus.

For a ‘luxury’ stay it was missing a few things. The bed was comfortable but the quilt was too small. Towels were just ok and we were short of hand towels. Kitchen was missing basic utensils. Bathroom was very small and a bit smelly. Windows were very dirty - we cleaned them! The property was quite hot being in the attic space. A mid week cleaning service for a two week stay would have been nice.

The best views!

The views were amazing, and the location was great. The apartment had everything we needed, and the parking space was ideal. The balcony was bigger than expected.

It was very windy during our stay, so we couldn't always have the Velux windows open, which got hot and stuffy.

brilliant location with stunning views and easy parking , although it was winter ! spacious open plan sitting kitchen area . lovely and warm and easy walk to town and hills etc

Just what we needed,lots of fresh air, long walks and pub lunches.

Perfect loft apartment with stunning views of Woolacombe beach and morte point. As we walked into the open plan lounge on arrival the views just took our breath away.The apartment was full of natural light, bright and airy and well equipped appliances and furnishings, everything we needed for our stay. We had allocated parking. Tea and coffee and fresh milk was left for us, a nice gesture after our journey.

Thoroughly restful and enjoyable

This apartment was so clean and beautifully positioned. you could see the sea from all windows- breathtaking views! Just a short walk to Woolacombe- brilliant.

We were in Woolacombe for a wedding so this accommodation suited our needs perfectly, we enjoyed it.

Location was good although it took a moment or two to find the exact location. We loved the view & the fact that it was to easy to access the beach.

I would have liked a "welcome pack" of basics, milk, eggs, bread, orange juice. Also, the pillows are very lumpy & uncomfortable & really need upgrading. It is so important to provide comfy beds & pillows.

Pleasant

I really do not like being asked to enter my date of birth on a web page before being emailed the key code. A declaration of age group or being over 18 should suffice. Now having passed on such personal data I'd like to know it was deleted by now. What was worse was I was unable to get a real person to respond to my concern over this prior to 'registering' for info on how to enter the property on arrival. The bathroom sink was very small and impossible to stand directly in front of as obstructed by the loo. The oven shelves were not cleaned when we arrived.

Lovely weekend away with friends.

Great location overlooking the sea! Really like the decor and it was really comfortable. Peaceful location.

The heater in the double room (adjacent to patio) was not working and we had to bleed it - therefore the room was cold when we arrived. Some of the cutlery and crockery were a little dirty and there was an open packet of half eaten chicken in the fridge upon arrival which indicated that the fridge had not been cleaned.

Nice property well located but be careful of the shambolic access procedure to the property

Check in procedure gave me the address and a pin code for the key box. It was the wrong code! This was Sunday evening and there was no one at the only telephone numbers I had for you. If the cleaning lady had not been running late and still in the flat, we would not have been able to access the property that night. This is unacceptably careless on your part and I am still very annoyed about it now.

Lovley holiday.

I liked it that the apartment had all the things you needed, dishwashers tablets, washing up liquid etc. Also extra bits make it that much better coffee, cookies. Bedding was lovley all nice and clean and towels. Lovley place to stay and listen to the sea. Great walks and swimming in sea.

The bins are located over the wall from the terrace area and in the hot weather smelled very unpleasant and attracted flies. The main entrance door to the block needs to have a note on it asking people not to allow it to slam . It’s a shame the entrance and exit out to the esplanade wasn’t open and the only way in and out was the rear road .

Just Amazing!

Photos of the apartment don’t do it justice, it is beautiful. In the perfect location for walking to the town and it overlooks the sunset at Barricane beach. Everything was thought of and anything you needed or wanted was there, the apartment was spotlessly clean and felt so comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Location and Apartment with lovely Sea Views and Balcony

The location is fantastic. It is a lovely well equipped Apartment with fabulous Sea Views. It has a nice Balcony to enjoy the sunset on. The towels and bedding were a good quality. The milk in the fridge was a lovely touch so we could enjoy a cuppa on arrival 😊. I would most definately stay here again.

As with most Apartments the doors were being left to slam shut sometimes which was a little annoying late at night. The door leading to the Balcony does not quite close tight so when it is windy it can make a bit of noise.
