Excellent holiday spot for small to medium family.

Easy key pick up location and excellent instructions before arrival. Apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and well presented. Everything a family would need at your disposal from a fully loaded kitchen ready to cook meals to spacious eating area and living room. Nice spacious bedrooms and sleeping available in living room. Two bathrooms with showers and w.c included We enjoyed every minute in the apartment. The whole community around the complex are considerate and respectful. Pool area we used was great for the young one, not to deep or too big for relaxing days. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The cost of our 4 day stay was even more than reasonable.

It was really, really hard to pick fault with almost anything. The apartment fitted our needs literally to our highest expectations.

Great stay!

Perfect location for sightseeing Malaga region. Close to the airport (25 min). There was a parking space (we always found some spot). Very close to the Carefour market (2 minutes walk). Apartment was very well equipped, big and clean. Great patio - ideal for rest after intensive day :) We can really recommend this place.

There was only one thing - deposit for which I needed to create PayPal account :) But it was fully refunded. Collection of keys was in different location (but close to the apartment). Beside that everything was perfect :)

Superb and quite place, nice environment.

The appartement is situated at a central location in Calahonda, Costa del Sol. Well suited for trips all around the coast. We had been there in November and enjoyed the quiteness of the surroundings, the appartement that is well equipped. Supermarket, bar and shops nearby, as well as the beach. We will definitily come back...

Excellent spot

Great welcoming home with nice decor and everything you might need on a vacation plus more. There was a massive terrace to relax. The location was great,near Marbella, Gibraltar and Malaga very easy to drive there.

Best appartment in Spain

We liked a lot of things about the appartment, but I will only mention the main ones. The accommodation was sparkling clean, well equipped, in a quiet and safe place. Everything was very technological and we as young people really appreciated it. There were plugs everywhere, amazon alexa, fast WIFI, chromecast for the TV in the big bedroom, a big LED TV in the living room, a big speaker and even a dj controller. Then very nicely decorated which made us feel more at home. Too bad we couldn't enjoy it much because we were out all day and didn't have the time and energy to use everything. But for a family with one or two children and on rainy days, you can spent a great time there. Just to make people aware: you have to be prepared for a deposit of 200€, which has to be paid online with VISA a few days before check-in. It's really easy and you get the refund a few days after Gonzalo's check if everything is ok in the appartment. Autocheck-in was also very easy and Gonzalo gives very helpful instructions on how to get the keys and to the appartment. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely come back.

Small things, not relevant: The toilet paper was a bit limited (only 1 toilet roll per bathroom) but there is a Carrefour market nearby to save your butt. The main door of the appartment is also a bit difficult to open, because it was a little warped. I recommend having free hands and opening it with both.

Exceptional

Good location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Big apartment with nice kitchen and loads of space to chill. 3 swimming pools in the estate all clean and warm. Estate is gated and secure, also very clean. Unfortunately neighbour was doing some works in another apartment but it was only heard in one of the bedrooms also we spent most of the days out enjoying the weather so wasn't much of the problem. apartment was very clean and well equipped. After the auto check in was given very good instructions how to find the keys and the apartment. Generally had a good experience.

Be prepared that deposit has to be paid online not in cash, for someone who's paying in £ it is a little bit of loss. Sofa bed is actually just a normal sofa, it was 5 of us and one person slept uncomfortably. I can recommend this apartment for a group of max 4 people.

I had to get the key from a box that was half a mile away but perfect instructions were sent. Trying to find the apartment when you’re tired and in the dark wasn’t the best but a security guard helped.

The location is good for vacations in Spain, close to the beach with a lot of small and big groceries shops close too. A very nice apartment with a lot of pretty decoration and really cozy for a family vacation. The condo has a lot of green spaces and 3 different pools spots, hope to come back soon. I highly recommned it as a vacation spot.

Everything was great! We had everything we could possibly need, the kitchen was well equiped with everything to cook. The projector in the balcony was a nice surprise. The location is very good to visit Málaga and Marbella. Having a pool gives you the option to spend some time at the poolside instead of just the beach.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha sido excelente. Todo estaba perfectamente organizado, con instrucciones claras desde el primer momento, lo que hizo la llegada muy sencilla. Cuidado con tu dinero!!!!!!

Un día antes de entrar el propietario me pidió 200€ de fianza,cd nos fuìmos, le tuve q recordar q me los devolviera. Mi sorpresa,me devolvió 80 € menos porq según el las toallas estaban muy sucias. Un juego de toallas ,blancas de mala calidad,por persona para una semana. Esto es totalmente ilegal y fuera de la normativa.me ha tenido que devolver el dinero , 1 mes después,teniendo Booking que tomar cartas en el asunto y con amenaza de demandarlo. El dueño en ningún momento se ha dignado a contestarme,un caradura e impresentable. Tened mucho cuidado con este hombre ,se ve que se cree que puede hacer lo que quiera.

Die Wohnung liegt gut erreichbar mit dem Auto / Uber/ Bolt vom Flughafen Malaga ca 30 min. entfernt, in einer überwachten Wohnanlage. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Self Check-In und Check-Out sehr unkompliziert und vom Eigentümer gut beschrieben in der Nähe der Wohnanlage ca. 5 min entfernt. Ausstattung mit sehr guter Küche, Waschmaschine sehr gut. Schöner überdachter Wintergarten. Betten waren sehr bequem. Zimmer sind alle mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Pool auf der Anlage.

Strand ist etwas entfernt von der Anlage. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, damit man flexibel ist.

Appartement Calahonda beach

Bel appartement, très bien équipé, propre et très bien situé. 15min à pieds à peine de la plage. Literie confortable. Piscines propres. Portail sécurisé. Place pour se garer à l'intérieur du complexe. À notre arrivée récupération autonome des clés rapide avec des explications claires. Caution de 200€ demandait par Paypal, n'ayant pas ce moyen de paiement, envoie rapide d'un lien sur WhatsApp, en 5min tout était réglé. Personne très réactive. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement, tout était super.

Spędziliśmy cudowny czas w tym miejscu, jeśli znów będziemy w Maladze, to tam!

Mieszkanie jest duże, na strzeżonym pięknym osiedlu, 15-20 minut spacerem do plaży. W mieszkaniu jest dużo udogodnień - telewizor, gry planszowe, rzutnik i ekran, basen na zewnątrz, głośnik i dj-ka, aczkolwiek jest zakaz urządzania imprez.

Mieliśmy lekki problem z otworzeniem drzwi, trzeba bardzo dobrze wyczuć klucz, aby otworzyć drzwi do budynku jak i mieszkania. Właściciel pobiera 200 euro kaucji, co jest zrozumiałe przy tylu sprzętach w mieszkaniu, ale ja osobiście tego nie doczytałam i otrzymałam wiadomość o potrzebnej kaucji zaraz przed wystartowaniem samolotu, więc był lekki stres i szybkie wymienianie pieniędzy.
