This cosy and well-located 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing Costa del Sol holiday. Set over three levels, the property offers comfortable accommodation, generous outdoor space and a convenient location close to the beach, restaurants, bars and local amenities.
The ground floor features a welcoming lounge, together with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area – a comfortable space for relaxing and enjoying meals together.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, while the third bedroom is situated on the second floor, offering additional privacy.
All three bathrooms have been recently renovated, providing modern and comfortable facilities throughout the property.
The townhouse is ideally situated just a short walk from a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, making it easy to enjoy everything you need without travelling far.
The beach and famous coastal boardwalk are approximately a 10-minute leisurely walk away, where you can enjoy beautiful coastal scenery, beach bars and seaside restaurants.
The community swimming pool is located directly outside the front door, making it especially convenient for families.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
