Super stay in a super apartment with a lovely host

The location was perfect, however, the space, cleanliness & comfort of this apartment were what I loved. So quiet, really comfortable beds, and everything we needed was there! View over the pool was fab & the pool and general areas were kept so well too! Loved the welcome, found it easy to get the keys too, and I’ll definitely be back!

There was nothing that I didn’t like. I did have a hire car and found parking on the road easily, not sure if I’d hire a car in high season.

Matig , goede locatie

The house looks good and the most thing where there as described. However, it was very dirty upon arrival. There was a black hair in the bed, one of the bathrooms was still dirty and had bugs, and the kitchen was full of fingerprints, crumbs, and dust. The first thing we had to do was clean everything ourselves. Regarding parking, the listing on Booking.com says there is an underground parking space, but that is not correct. You have to park on a busy street, which should be updated in the listing. Not very safe with a little child. The location is excellent. The host , responds sometimes, —but there was no offer for additional cleaning and help after we reported the issues. Broken items and missing items were not fixed. There was no bedding for the baby even they know we came with a one year old, and the outside area of the accommodation was not very clean either—possibly due to the weather. The heater was off when we arrived, and we had to figure out how to turn it on ourselves (had to open it) Even then, it didn’t work very well. Also the the shower was very cold after 5 min of shower. The vacuum cleaner was also still dirty. There was no seat for the child, so we had to buy one ourselves. We informed the host and offers to left it at the house, but she did not offer to reimburse us. The inventory is lacking—there were no scissors and no lighter for example. For the amount of money we paid ( and a extra €100 for 2 extra persons we had to transfer in person ( booking dint asked more) it was very very bad. One shower head is broken, the other is held in place with zip ties. They do not fix it. The shower gets cold quickly while you’re using it. The air conditioners need to be set very high to get even a little warmth. Outside, something is leaking which causes the balcony to constantly get wet when the air conditioning is on. Also a lot of molt at the walls in the bedroom. No response after report it and sent pictures.

Re paint walls were dump and mould appeared. No access to underground parking. Remote control was lost. shower drainer and sink was blocked. Not cleaned by cleaning team.

Excellent séjour dans le très bien situé , superbe et bien équipé appartement d’Helena qui nous a accueilli avec une bou

Superb, grand et très bien équipé apartament sur 2 étages dans un complexe très beau et bien situé à distance de 10 min à pied de la plage! Il y a de très bons restaurant et boutiques juste à côté sur la rue! La hôte est très réactive et très gentille! Elle nous a attendu avec une bouteille de mousseux, fruits, l’eau et café.

Tout était parfait, aucun point négatif!

Krásná dovolená.

Klíče dle instrukcí bylo snadné najít. Byt je krásný, moderní a je ve skvělé lokalitě blízko restaurací, obchodů i moře. Bytový dům byl klidný, bazén úžasný, zahrada velmi pěkná. Vybavení kuchyně pro jednoduché vaření je velmi dobré. Měli jsme k dispozici množství ručníků, mýdlo, tělový krémy, kávovar s kafé kapslemi, sůl, cukr, základní koření a nějaké potraviny v kuchyni. Vždy jsem měli parkovací místo v blízkých ulicích. Majitelé na dotazy pružně reagují. V okolí je mnoho turisticky atraktivních míst. Měli jsme úžasnou dovolenou. Rádi se vrátíme.
