About this house rental
The real estate offers a peaceful environment. It includes an outside pool, shared by 9 houses but in practice always empty. It is located at 1600 feet from a golf resort, 0.6 miles to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and pubs. A sport resort can be also located at 1500 feet distance.
The house is well located to sun-set and sun-rise walks. The house includes 2 floors. The kitchen, the main bedroom, the living room, a terrace and a bathroom are located at the ground floor. In the first floor you can find two bedrooms each with its balcony and a bathroom for both.
The property has two private gardens. The front garden, oriented to the east, is wonderful for enjoying breakfast, while the west terrace and garden offers lovely dinners. The pool is lighted during the night and provides a nice environment.
The location is very close to the Malaga-Estepona highway (1 mile) and it allows quick and simple trips to Gibraltar, Ceuta, Malaga, Torremolinos, Ronda or Granada.

Nos ha gustado mucho, tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes.. La piscina una gozada, casi de uso exclusivo, bajaban muy pocos vecinos, una casa muy fresquita, la amabilidad de la propietaria, nos aconsejó restaurantes, y por su flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y salida, lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Typisch Spaanse inrichting en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken is voorzien van oven, magnetron, afwasmachine en voldoende pannen en servies. Mooi ruim terras met vrij uitzicht. Airco aanwezig! Zwembad is heerlijk en rustig.
Al met al een heerlijke plek om je vakantie te vieren. Alleen heeft het huis geen WiFi (internet aansluiting). We komen graag een keer weer !
