About this house rental
Beachside large duplex apartment for a family in a quiet development, only 2 min walk from the beach with excellent chiringuitos (restaurants on the beach!!) and the beautiful wood sidewalk on the beach. Great sidewalk for family walks and also for children who can use rollers, bikes and strollers.). All bedrooms are air conditioned and a mobile air conditioner is provided for the living room. Sea views from both terraces and from master bedroom. Large balcony with sea, garden and pool views, adjacent to the renovated living room and dining room. In the terrace, there are furniture including sofas, coffee table and a small barbecue. Living room and dining area completely renovated with tasteful contemporary furniture including a large sofa, chairs and smart rotative TV (Netflix and hundreds of channels available). One master bedroom with sea view with its own bathroom with bath and WC (bathroom not yet renovated). Two further double bedrooms both with 2 x single beds (can be put together to make it one large bed). Ground bathroom with shower and WC completely renovated. This new bathroom is adjacent to the ground floor bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, with a new induction stove and a new oven. A nice large pool completely renovated and beautiful manicured grounds. Peaceful location yet within walking distance of all amenities (5 min walk from 2 large supermarkets, many bars, restaurants. Car not essential. A baby cot available and free WIFI (fiber). The house is very peaceful and the view on the garden, pool and sea is just stunning.

We enjoyed a lovely week in this apartment. It comfortably accommodated 6 adults and is ideally located for Dona Lola and the boardwalk. The beach is just 200 yards, it was quiet and peaceful.
When we had a small problem with the air conditioning in one room, the host was very helpful and responsive.

We stayed here for a family holiday, it was perfect. A two min walk to the beach with bars and restaurants and another short walk to the supermarket.
Communication with the owner was brilliant she responded very quickly. Would recommend for families and would def return

I would like to point out a few things about the property; it's a nice apartment, but it's showing some signs of wear and tear in certain places.
