Efficient apartment with view in cozy location and walkable to Henningsvaer shops.

The lock box was conveniently located by the door. The location on the second floor gave a view towards Festvagtind. Located one row back we had protection from the wind.

The apartment was a little hard to find. The pullout couch bed and futon were comfy, but we had to keep folding them back up to use the rest of the apartment.

Buona posizione, struttura nuova ma pulizie non effettuate.

Appartamento non pulito, pavimenti pieni di peli di animale (forse i precedenti ospiti avevano un cane a pelo lungo), lenzuola macchiate, piatti sporchi. Contatto la proprietaria al telefono e chiesto una pulizia, ha acconsentito ma mai mandato nessuno. Aspirapolvere non funzionante.

Snyggt och fräscht. Skön säng. Parkering

Duschen trång, draperi gick ej ned till golvet, blev blött på golvet. Fanns ingen handduk där golvet. Alldeles för få handukskrokar, det fanns bara två stycken enkelkrokar. Städningen inte helt okej, låg ett glassplitter i en stol, bordet inte helt rent. Äggkoppar saknas! Gardinerna i sovrummet hängde på trekvart. P-plats borde vara märkta lägenhetsnummer. Vid ett tillfälle var p-platserna upptagna. Lägenheten var väldigt varm, ac saknas. Ständigt skriande måsar på baksidan utanför sovrummet.

Posto meraviglioso, appartamento moderno e confortevole

Appartamento molto moderno e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort ed elettrodomestici compresa la lavastoviglie. Grande TV 70 pollici (almeno) con Netflix. Wi-fi accessibile in tutto l'appartamento. È situato dall'altra parte del canale, non molto vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi), ma la zona è molto tranquilla e affaccia sul mare. Molto carini i faretti sul controsoffitto con intensità luce regolabile Riscaldamento a pavimento molto efficace (in casa fa caldo, conviene aprire un po la finestra vicino al letto).

Bien con algún margen de mejora

La ubicación es genial! A pesar que estás en la segunda línea, puedes ver por la ventana le fiordo y escuchar el mar. La cama fue muy cómoda y con un televisor súper grande con cuenta de Netflix activa para poder relajarte. También podías ajustar la temperatura de la habitación, salón y baño. Está muy equipado en la cocina con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar incluido algunas especies y papel de horno. También tiene una lavadora con detergente por si la quieres usar.

El baño es bastante desastroso ya que tiene una cortina por donde se le sale toda el agua. Tuvimos que poner una toalla de las manos en el suelo (que terminó empapada en cada uso). Por otro lado, los utensilios de la cocina había algunos bastante sucios, no porque no se hubiesen limpiado sino porque el lavavajillas no lo limpiaba bien. Para tirar la basura es una auténtico show, tienes que ir a unos contenedores que cada uno tiene un candado que tienes que abrir uno por uno. Los candados, se las traen para abrirlos, de hecho, hubo uno que no tuvimos manera de abrirlo y terminamos tirando la basura del orgánico en el resto.

Só faltava algo para o chuveiro não molhar a casa de banho toda. Falta tapete para sair do chuveiro, tivemos de usar toalha.
