Das Rorbu Nr. 9 war sehr authentisch und mit dem Holzofen sehr gemütlich. Wir konnten beim Essen auf das Wasser schauen und sagen an einen Abend auch zwei Fischotter. Seeeeehr naturnah, das hatten wir uns genau so gewünscht ☺️☺️
Die Sauna ist super, die Abkühlung im Meer unbeschreiblich schön 😇. Das ist alles perfekt arrangiert.

The staff were absolutely fantastic — genuinely warm, welcoming, and going beyond what you would normally expect. That level of hospitality really stood out.
The atmosphere of the place is beautiful. The wood-burning fireplace, the cozy sofa area, the hardwood floors, and the stunning location all create a special, authentic Lofoten feeling. The sauna access was another major highlight and made the stay even better.
Compared to many other rorbuer we’ve experienced, this one feels noticeably nicer, more refined, and more thoughtfully designed.
When we arrived, all the rooms were quite cold (around 12°C). In winter, it would be much more comfortable for guests to arrive to properly heated rooms.
We also had to make the beds ourselves, which is not an issue at all. This is just a suggestion: since the bed bases are not in the best condition (although the linen is clean and nice), it might create a better first impression if the beds were prepared before guests arrive.
