We made a quick change to our accommodations for the night in hopes of seeing the Northern Lights on the last night of our trip.
The staff was very kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a sea view room at check in and the view was lovely.
We had a drink and a delicious piece of apple cake by the fire in the lounge area after check-in; the atmosphere was cozy and tasteful.
After an amazing night of viewing the northern lights from the dock, we ordered cappuccinos before leaving and they were excellent.

The view was fantastic and the room was really new and clean.
The room still smelled strongly of fresh paint, and the large window had no curtains, so there was no way to block the light for proper rest.

The view from the panorama cabin was outstanding , good and tasty breakfast.
The way up to the cabin was filled with snow and the parking wasn't near the cabin had to walk upstairs with our bags, not even a single light to see your steps. Very tiny cabin and super small bathroom.

We stayed here for the location and because our friends had picked the hotel as a meet-up spot. (They ended up regretting their decision.) The glamping tents have a gorgeous view and were very clean. The hotel room was also very clean. The beds were comfortable.
The front desk clerk was very rude, the wifi was terrible even if you were in the lobby (and useless at the campsites or glamping sites), and there was always a line for the camping/glamping bathrooms. The hotel rooms were incredibly, laughably small. Extremely expensive by the local standards for what you get, based on the 10 hotels/homes we stayed at during our trip. And the front desk clerk was the only rude person we encountered over our two weeks.
