Lovely apartment in ideal location

We loved our stay here. The studio apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped and includes a small kitchen. The apartment is perfectly located, close to cafes, restaurants, bars and shops without the need to climb any steps. It was the hospitality of the host and his mother that we most appreciated. They were extremely friendly and welcoming and we were very grateful that they allowed us to store our luggage after check out. We would highly recommend this property, especially for couples, and we would happily return.

Perfect stay in Naxos!

Our stay at this studio in Naxos was absolutely perfect – a 10/10 experience. The place was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. What really stood out was their generosity: since we had a late trip to another island, the owner kindly offered to keep our luggage at his own home until our departure time. That gesture made our day so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommended! When I return to Naxos, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation – and I’ll be sure to bring them a little souvenir gift from Spain to thank them for their amazing hospitality.

Perfect island stay

Great location right in amongst the action but a street back so not rowdy. Great facilities and strong WiFi. The cleaner lady helped us organise laundry service that picked up and dropped off 2 loads for €14. Basic kitchen but good shower. Comfortable bed

Perfect location, just as pictured

⭐️Wonderful stay with kind, helpful owners. Sparkling clean, exactly as pictured, with lots of STORAGE SPACE and a fully equipped kitchen. ⭐️From the street you can access it with a ramp by the bakery, no stairs, which is not the case for basically anywhere else in the old town-- very helpful if you have luggage. ⭐️TV has netflix, amazon prime video, etc. ⭐️ Quiet at night, but very full street, with an amazing restaurant (Hurmas) literally outside the door, and a boutique (Ete) that has the best swimwear on the island

Great facilities, but the location is both a blessing and a curse.

The actual property was really well equipped and clean with a good shower and coffee machine. It’s super handy to the ferry port and bus hub of Naxos.

It opens up right on one of the back streets of Naxos town, so there’s lots of passing foot traffic from the port, which can get pretty noisy at night.

This is such a gorgeous little place right in the heart of Naxos town and close to everything you need. The place is so clean and feels like home. Also the family who run it are so friendly and helpful. I loved my stay here and would definitely recommend!

Apart from the usual things, location, cleanliness, value for money etc. I also want the following: excellent shower, comfortable bed, good internet, modern facilities. This property had all of those things and the host was very helpful and fair. Perhaps a safety deposit box would be a useful addition.

Nicely renovated comfortable small apartment - just like the photos. Location is perfect for Naxos old town and the port area. We’d rather be there than in the rows of newly developed studios behind the beaches.

Our favourite accomodation on our 6 week Europe trip! The property is clean, modern and in a fabulous location - tucked away in a little street but only a stone throw away from the heart of Naxos town. Panagiotis is a fabulous host and I would recommend anyone going to Naxos to stay here - we loved it!

The location was perfect! The room was so nice, really comfortable bed, and good air con. It was only a 10 minute walk to agios georgious beach and a 10 minute walk from the ferry port. The owner was really nice too and let us leave our luggage at his house for the day when we checked out.

It was sometimes a bit loud outside the property late at night/early morning but it didn’t bother us and this was mentioned in the description anyway.

beautiful clean and modern space, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. host was generous, responsive, and incredibly helpful with my questions. ideal location close to ferry port and charming village shops, cafes, etc… minimal street noise, I found it very tranquil and quiet and slept peacefully

suggest offering more clarity about the water heater; my shower went cold after only a few short minutes (despite following the instructions precisely)

Great place for couples

Perfect location. Walking distance from port. 15 mins drive from airport. Restaurants and bars are just outside. Very clean apartment with kitchenette. And very helpful hosts

They don't provide coffee, sugar, salt, which usually are provided if there is a kitchen. The bathroom door is a bit weird, there is no privacy in the bathroom as it doesn't have a latch and you can see inside from side gaps of the doos. But if you are a couple no big deal But apart from that nothing to complain.

Wonderdul. I’ll definitely come back again!

I loved this cozy little room! It’s newly renovated and everything was clean and working perfectly. I especially loved the big bed and the shower - sooooo comfortable!!! Pano, the owner, is a quick witted great communicator and helped me through and through (I won’t forget our texting session about changing language on Netflix😂). Another thing that I really loved about this place was lighting. From both bedsides to the upper and the bottom of the bed and to the bamboo decoration, not to mention the main light, there were plenty of them and you can choose your preferred combination:) My only teeny-tiny complain would be that there was no dish drainer, but I’m sure Pano will take care of it right away. The place is a walking distance from the ferry port and also from Temple of Apollo, where I went up daily to enjoy beautiful sunsets. There are no steps to the door, just a gentle slope so I could drag my heavy suitcase from the ferry port with no problem. If you’re looking for a gorgeous ocean view from your room, you may want to find other options. But if you want to stay in a great location with affordable price where you can get all the comfort you want and endless hospitality from a wonderful host, this is a place for you;) Thanks Pano, for everything!

Absolutely wonderful to stay here. Location is perfect, just walk out the apartment, and you will be immediately at the most happening street, bakery, with delicious lukumades, few steps outside the apartment, supermarket, just 1 minute walk. As for the apartment, it's feels like home, so comfortable. Do not hesitate anymore, stay here.

No signage but the Google maps location accurate, and I was met by the hosts so it wasn’t a problem! 🙂 You can hear the sounds from outside a little through the walls but it didn’t bother me at all.

You couldn't beat the location, a few steps from a bakery and right in amongst the shops and restaurants, yet it is quiet at night. The apartment is newly and very tastefully renovated with a comfortable bed, a great shower and a quiet airconditioner. The son of the owners speaks well English and will do everything to make your stay great. I asked him about local busses and he sent me a bust times table within a few minutes. Highly recommended. The apartment is perfectly located, a moment's distance from all the bars and restaurants. It was very clean, and the hosts were quite lovely and welcoming. It looks even better than it does in the photos! The mattress was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for making coffee, meals etc.
