The location was great, walkable distance to everything: train station, park, town center. We didn't not meet the host in person but he communicated everything very clearly by email and text. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, and spacious. If you also prefer apartment stays to hotels, this is a great place to stay.

Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man tatsächlich keine Geräusche von draußen! Wohnung ist sehr nett, sauber, gemütlich. Ich habe für 3 Freundinnen für ein langes Wochenende gebucht, sie würden diese Wohnung beim nächsten Graz-Besuch wieder nehmen! Vom Hauptbahnhof fahren 2 Buslinien direkt zum Haus, und sogar im heurigen Sommer, wo wegen Bauarbeiten fast keine Straßenbahnen fahren, fährt die 3er direkt in die Altstadt.

Čisté ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě. Kompletně vybavená kuchyň, prostorné pokoje (vešla se nám skládací dětská postýlka) a okna, přestože jsou do hlavní silnice, tak není nic slyšet (pokud jsou zavřená). Okna mají zatemňováni rolety, takže se příjemně spí.
Postele hodně vrzaly při každém pohybu. Bylo slyšet každé pohnutí i z vedlejšího pokoje (při spaní miminka to ruší). Ubytování neposkytuje parkování a možnost parkování za poplatek (11 euro v týdnu) je cca 20 minut chůze pěšky.

The apartment is good situated nearby the centre, near to a tram/bus station. Graz is also easy to walk. Even though it is close to the road, the apartment was very quiet and we all slept very well. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed very well equipped. The host was very kind and flexible, so it was very easy to arrange the stay.
