The unit was spacious. We also appreciated the clear and detailed check-in instructions provided by the host, which made the arrival process smooth and straightforward. The self-check-in experience was hassle-free, and all the necessary information was communicated clearly in advance.

1. The master bedroom air conditioner appeared to be more decorative than functional. Despite setting it to 16°C, the room never actually became cold. It seems the unit may have been taking a well-deserved break from its cooling duties. 2. Turning on the ceiling fan came with an unexpected bonus feature: a shower of thick dust falling directly onto the bed and floor. Apparently, the fan had been carefully preserving its dust collection for quite some time. 3. The bathroom looked dated and unfortunately was not particularly clean. When this was raised, the host explained that cleaner availability was limited due to the festive season. While staffing challenges are understandable, the thick layer of accumulated dust suggested that the issue may have started well before the holidays.

Accommodation is clean and has beautiful scenery with river view. 5 mins drive to the city attraction spots. Friendly host to accommodate late check in with clear check in instructions.

Carpark located at high floor due to original design of the building. Nothing much can be done. Easier to park at street parking
