Front row seats to the bear show! Relax and unwind staring at the beautiful trees on top of Ski Mountain above Gatlinburg. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep (1 queen, 2 single beds). The living room and bedrooms each have a TV! You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the 2nd bathroom is a shower stall. The living room has cable and Roku streaming and the bedrooms have Roku only.
You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!
This is a two bedroom condo designed for 4 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.
You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

Nice place. But wish I had know before booking that there was no elevator to the upper floors. Very hard to carry things up the stairs. Thank goodness we were on the 2nd floor. Also nothing around to do unless you go into pigeon forge. They were right about the road going up to condo. Very steep and very curvy. If you don’t want to be washing dishes. Don’t stay here. No dishwasher and the dish soap barely made bubbles and dishes still felt greasy afterwards. But the 3 kids enjoyed the pool. So that was a plus.

It was all we expected. Nice pool. If there was something that needed improved, I’d say the mattresses could use replacing though we slept fine in them. Just kind of soft compared to my memory foam at home. Could use a dish wrack dryer though there isn’t much room to store one.

Good overall. The condo is a little smaller than the pictures. The beds were ok, the two twin beds were pretty squeaky. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was way up in the mountains so keep that in mind in colder months. The drive was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were smaller than expected. One hot tub was out of service which was unfortunate due to the amount of of people utilizing them. My kids had a great time. We loved being up in the Smokies exploring.

This one is tough to review because the owners are wonderful and communicate very well. But the condo is in need of some TLC to make it suitable. The floor in the hallway has a tilt to it and the floor in the second bedroom sinks in about half an inch when you step on it in one spot.We had an issue with cleanliness when we checked in - the floor was dirty and sticky and had not been mopped despite paying a 150 cleaning feel. To be fair the owners did offer to send the cleaning crew out again, but we had already done the cleaning ourselves.The location is wonderful, on top of the mountain where we saw multiple bears.With a little improvement, this could be a really nice place, but the floor and the tilt make me worry about the overall structure. The attached pictures show some of the outside building and the balcony, which desperately needs painted.One area that needs corrected. The listing states that there is a washer and dryer, leading one to assume that it is in the condo. It is not, there is a paid laundry room on the premises. That should be specified.Once again, with some effort and TLC, this would be a great place to stay, but cannot strongly recommend as it is.
