We really liked the location, it´s close to Horta center, the dive shops, the beach and there´s a nice walk starting from the house. We also enjoyed the terrace. The house and kitchen was well equiped.

Charmante petite maison de pécheur au cœur de l’envoûtant quartier de Porto Pim à 50 mètres de la plage. Maison bien rénovée, cuisine et salle de douche refaites à neuf avec goût.
Les plafonniers sont vieillots et l’éclairage mériterait un coup de neuf. Il n’y avait que 2 ventilateurs sur pied et nous devions en monter un tous les soirs dans notre chambre et le descendre tous les matins.

Excellent emplacement dans Porto Pim (Horta, Faïal), restaurants et commerce accessibles à pied, ainsi que la plage de Porto Pim. Petite maison de ville bien équipée, décorée avec goût et très agréable. Nous y avons passé 3 jours hyper relaxants à la fin de notre séjour aux Açores. Vue magnifique depuis la petite terrasse en hauteur, attention cette terrasse n'est pas adaptée pour les jeunes enfants pour le moment.

Localização, entre a vila e Porto Pim, espaço da casa,
Fraca limpeza do espaço, , casa com muita humidade mesmo com as janelas todo o dia aberto,sem exaustor , cozinhar ali é um dilema por causa do cheio a cozinhados pela casa , fraco isolamento acústico e térmico, apenas 1 aquecedor a óleo, janelas sem estores e com muita entrada de luz, vista 360 é discutível, estacionamento a 150metros do local, estrada em frente á porta e janelas, em termos de limpeza deixamos melhor do que estava ... Falta algum investimento para tornar o espaço melhor
