Very clean and comfortable rental only a short walk from the Maritime area and large Continente supermarket. The property is modern, spacious and airy with a cute enclosed balcony, Sea view and all the facilities you could wish for.
Host Tiago is vey helpful and responsive.
We only stayed a couple of nights but would happily have stayed for an extended period of time.

My family loved our time at House 7. The home was spacious for the 5 us and Tiago was a great host! I had asked for a baby highchair and bed and they were supplied and set up upon arrival. The home had all the amenities needed for our 2.5 week stay in Faial. Parking in front of the home was always available. With House 7 being close but not in the city of Horta, we had all of Horta's amenities (restaurants, grocery stores, etc), but without the noise and traffic of being directly in the city. I loved being able to walk out the front door and being able to see Pico mountain.
Whenever we had questions, Tiago could be reached and on 2 occasions when we had issues rise up, Tiago and his team were quick to resolve them. Tiago even gave a little gift to my baby daughter who celebrated her 1st birthday there.
To finalize, we all really enjoyed our time at House 7. Tiago is a great host, and the home feels like a home and not a generic short-term rental like so many tourist rentals.
Kitchen dining area was a little tight but functional.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, dennoch nur ein Katzensprung von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Ein Geschirrspüler wäre wirklich hilfreich.
Die beiden Sofas sind zum Sitzen abends etwas unbequem.
