It is a nice and spacey modern apartment situated at the main boulevard with a beautiful view over the port of Horta/Pico mountain. The apartment was clean and the kitchen also equipped. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space in the closet.

Sunrise was amazing ! I like the host ! She was so kind and patient and waited for us for a very late check in with no extra charge . Bed in master was great, but sofa bed was broken I put a chair under to use it not a big deal she was so nice that was more important to us. I would definitely recommend this place location is great .
Sofa bed was damaged , but otger than that was great for us (3 people)

Spacious apartment with great views of the harbour from the lounge. Good central location.
We arrived at 5pm, an hour after check in, to be told by the owner that the property was not ready and the cleaning had still to be started and it could be 2 hours before it was ready. All we got was apologies!! The owner was expecting a couple with a 1 year old child and since check out for the previous occupiers was 11.00 I consider this to be totally unacceptable.
I also had a problem a few weeks earlier as we received a request for our credit card details from the accommodation through Booking.com. It turned out to be a scam and we initially lost 60€. It turns out that the accommodation knew that their bookings had been hacked in to and we were not the first to be scammed!!
The property does not appear to have a smoke alarm!
The shower tray has black mouldy grouting!!

Very friendly and helpful host, clean apartment, supreme view, situated in town centre, very comfortable beds
The apartment lacks some "love" like new shades ( those were dirty/frayed/with mold). In order to make it feel cozier it would need some more color eg. pictures, curtains, some decoration.
