The location is super good. Close to the supermarket and cafes, Marina walk, ferry station.
The apartment is very spacious and has everything you would need.
Looks like renovation in the apartment was done long time ago. The washing machine had some mold inside.

Good location
Very strong smell of bleach and detergent everywhere, but despite that the room was quite dirty. Bedding wasn't clean, floor was sticky, and kitchen appliances were quite old. We ended up staying somewhere else after we saw how dirty the beds and the couch were.
