Everything was amazing. The location is perfect near the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center and the harbour. The staff were very friendly and they cleaned the room almost everyday which is a plus.. as we stayed in many hotels in different cities and we did not get this service. The room was specious and the bathroom as well. We loved the balcony facing the sea and Mount Vesuvius. Would definitely come back and recommend this place.

Excellent location for the bus/trains. Big enough for a family of 4, modern facilities, good balcony area, comfortable with aircon
A few plumbing issues that were not resolved until the end of our stay but that can happen. Pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Amazing location, right next to train station and about 10 minute walk to centre!
We didn’t have a balcony and road was a little bit loud.

Location is convenient — near the railway and bus station.
Staff is very helpful and available on mobile when needed.
Check-in is only till 7 PM.
Reception is not manned — no staff available to assist.
No security cameras on the property.
Need four different keys just to get into the room — very inconvenient.
Even to exit the reception area, you need a key.
Luggage storage is open at the reception without any supervision — not secure.
