Convenient location, comfort and cleanliness. Staff response when needed, easy access from the train station.

When we arrived the air conditioning and hot water was not working. However, we contacted the manager and he came straight away to resolve the hot water issue and a technician was called to fix the air conditioner. We didn’t have anymore problems after that. Breakfast is a little let down. It is in a cafe next to the building and it is only a coffee and a croissant, anything else you pay extra and a small glass of orange juice is 4 Euros. The bathroom needs a toilet roll holder, a hand towel hook, a soap holder, shower needs a shampoo holder as well. Other than that all was perfect.

Toilet rolls and tissue papers shd be easily available. One of the days cleaner did not replenish the toilet roll and left half a roll and I have to text the manager. Set of keys were provided but the main gate key cannot open the gate and need to replace. Linens only replaced on request.

The AC didn’t work at all. We were scalding hot. It was also so so so loud. We could hear every single thing

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good.

Although it’s close to Sorrento Station, it’s located on a street with very few shops or services nearby. You cannot leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so if you need that service, this may not be the best place to stay. The breakfast consists of a coffee and a croissant at a nearby bistro. It’s quite basic and should not be compared to a typical hotel breakfast or brunch. There is no minibar or refrigerator in the room. Guests must use a shared refrigerator instead. Considering the price, I think there are better accommodation options available in the area.
