Perfect location, clean and the friendly staff

The location was great, it was just a short walk into the main area of Sorrento with shops, restaurants and bars very close by. The place was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Stefania helped us to check in and was at reception throughout our stay. She sent us recommendations which was great to get to try things that people from the local area enjoy.

The lift in the building wasn’t working on one of our trips back to the apartment and it is on the 5th floor. However this isn’t really the hotels fault.

Good location next to the train station and easy walking distance to the main centre and attractions. Bathroom was a good size and the room had a nice balcony with a good view of the sea in the distance.

The towels had yellow/brown stains on them. There was a terrible smell coming from the shower drain which made me gag when I entered the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy in places and flat in others. The WiFi went down on our first night and the morning so we were unable to make contact with anyone or research what we would be doing for the day as our phones were on airplane mode. The resturants below can be noisy as you are trying to get to sleep - especially with children. Aircon is very good but it’s too good! We tried to turn it up to 24 degrees but we were still freezing cold. My son had to get in bed with us to warm up and we slept without the second night.
