Location, right in the centre of Sorrento. It was very clean & comfortable.

Just a couple of minor things, a full length mirror inside the room rather than in the foyer would be good and a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would have been useful.

Beautiful interior and great location, especially if arriving or leaving by train. Never more than a 3 minute walk from the main area.

The service was amazing, Rita kept in touch and easy to contact. The room was spacious and comfortable, location perfect for Sorrento and to access trips to Amalfi, Naples, Pompeii and Capri. Powerful big shower, quiet (just a bit of chatter from neighbouring room) and blackout blinds. Kettle, tea and coffee available in entrance area shared by 3 other rooms. Felt safe and great for solo female travellers. Luggage storage- Rita let me keep luggage in my room until I left and even replaced my drink and milk which cleaner had cleared from my fridge.

This is not a hotel! Beware in case you did not pick up on that from the description. It is an AirBnb - basically an apartment that was converted into 3 separate rooms and each rented out to guests. The owners /managers are not very responsive so you may run into issues. Also the address on Google is different from the one given on Booking.com - do not use Google maps to find it. We kept running after the owner of the apartment to let us in, because we arrived a little earlier than planned and also due to the address confusion. We would not have booked it if we had realised this is not a hotel. You get better value AirBnB's in Sorrento.
