The hotel is above a restaurant, the noise is loud from 12-1 at night, unbearable, the windows are not insulated at all, the wind was blowing outside, it was like we were sleeping outdoors

The location was good and it was above a really lovely bar and restaurant.
The apartment was very cramped for 5 people (we had an extra bed we paid for) and the photos are quite generous size wise. The cleaning was ok, but it did need a deeper clean in corners and behind curtains etc. The bathroom mirror was very worn, as were floors and some of the walls (I have photos if the management would like them). Considering the price (and I know Sorrento is expensive) I did expect more. We didn’t say anything as we just wanted to get on with our stay and enjoy Sorrento.
