Angela is the sweetest host ever! She is so welcoming and guided us. She’s working hard on making sure everyone’s stay goes smooth and enjoyable.. truly appreciate.

Everything was nice! But we didn’t get a room with a view. However we really didn’t care as we were only in the room to sleep.

Very central (coffee shop, petrol station, supermarket, train station are few meters away), 5-10 min walk to the center. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Room is spotless.

We had the most amazing time staying at Il Siculo. Our host Angela went above and beyond to make our stay special. From providing expert advice on what to do and where to eat during our stay, to being on hand for all questions and being such a wonderful and caring person in general. The room was wonderfully clean and had all amenities we could ask for. Not only was it close to the station for all journeys, but it is near a supermarket that allowed us to have a relaxed time on the veranda before heading out into the city. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Truly a gem in the heart of this fantastic city.

Walking distance to the train station It’s on the further side from the water so it’s a very quiet street. The bed was comfortable and room had plenty of space.

The lounge / dining was out dated. Assuming the 2 seater lounge was a pullout bed so uncomfortable to sit on. Big area but only a choice of the lounge or the dining chairs to sit on. The shower floor is very slippery.
