The property is nice and close to the beach. The room was bigger than expected and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts are really kind people and they helped us with everything we needed. We apreciated that when we left they gaved us some traditional gifts.

Modest accomodation

We liked the following things: - big rooms and well equiped - room was clean - location close to the beach and taverna Evros which we recommend - the owner gave us a little present at tne end of our staying - private parking

We didn't like the next things: - they don't have room service; we stayed 6 days and nobody, except me, cleaned our room - the towels and the linen were not changed in 6 days - they were annoyed about my baby (2 years) making noise in the morning around 8 o'clock. He didn't do anything except babbling on his language. This is the message I've got in the first day: "And please, if you can try to keep the baby quiet because there are people that sleep. Thank you" - they kept our identity cards during our staying. Another thing is not ok. Recommend this accommodation only for short stays if you don't want to do cleaning jobs in your vacation.

Very nice place to stay with big garden in quiet part of Sarti. Few minutes walking distance from sandy beach, supermarket and restaurants. Hosts are really nice and friendly! Perfect place for relaxed vacation.

We've just arrived from this journey. Our stay in house Stamatis was much more than we expected at first place. Apartment was very nice and clean. The room is comfortable with a terrace in front of it where you can sit and enjoy and there is also a huge yard with a nice view. Beach is very close to this house, about 5 minutes walk. There you can also find several supermarkets and stores with all the groceries you need. I should also say that this family Stamatis is very kind and generous, always ready to help. When we were leaving, they gave us gifts, a bag full with domestic products that they make, such as forest honey, olive oil, some spices and ouzo. They made our vacation better so we definitely recommend this place to everyone. You won't regret if you go there.
