We booked this studio because it was pet-friendly, which was very important for our stay. We really liked that it was on the front side of the house, with a big balcony and a street view. Right below is a fish shop, but we didn't mind it. The room was pretty clean and well-equipped. The host is very kind and easy to communicate with! Also, the location is really good, with several markets nearby, great restaurants, and beach bars.
The room is quite small. It worked well for the three of us, but it might be tight for four adults.

Местоположението е страхотно. Намира се на 1 пряка от плажа ,а точно преди това има голям ресторант с добра кухня, а пък успоредно на него е пазарска улица през вечерта
Душ кабината е мъничка за някой над 70кг. ,а самият душ беше счупен и не седеше на поставката. Климатикът също е застарял и на моменти не смогваше да охлади стаята

We loved everything about the property. Its convenient setup, its amenities, its cleanliness and tidiness, the fact that it was equipped with everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The location was superb, right next to the shops and restaurants and the main road leading to the highway for those who wish to explore, but also close enough to the beach (2 minutes walk). Surprisingly quiet for such a busy little town and very soundproof too!

The location of the house is fantastic — only 150 meters away from Sarti's main beach! The house itself was very clean and comfortable. There is a free open parking lot just 50 meters to the right, which is super convenient. The host was extremely kind and helpful — special thanks again for the lovely gifts when we were leaving.
Now, let me share some recommendations:
When you leave the house and walk to the left, you’ll find a wonderful restaurant called Taverna Pirofani. You must try it! Go a bit before 7:00 PM and you’ll likely get a table without a reservation.
Another great spot is Restaurant Argiris — the food was excellent.
If you're craving a good gyros, Ovelix Gyros is a great choice.
As for beaches, be sure to visit these three — swimming with fish is such a magical experience:
Paralia Klimataria
Agridia Beach (Sunbeds + umbrella for 2 people only 5 EUR — definitely try the grilled octopus!)
Kalamitsi Beach
You can also bring your own towel and umbrella if you prefer a free, no-cost beach experience.
