Did not have a lot of expectation but it was not good.

The good things were the new fridge, microwave and the kitchen furniture. The bathroom had some upgrades too, but it was unpractical.

Maybe we got the only small/unconfortable apartment, but it was a lot smaller than the pictures. The beds were like sleeping on a rock, very tall pillows, crooked room walls, the TV's remote was very dirty, in the bathroom we needed to sweep the water in the drain because of the bad built floor, and so on.

In the middle of the city center + gated parking

The location is basically in the center. You go out and you are on the main street. The property has a very large gated garden where you can park your car and this was very important for me considering that all roads are very narrow and busy. The hosts are perfect and you can tell this is a house with tradition as they practically hav everything you need. My room was in the back I was overlooking some field and I could see the sunset and it was so quiet that I was surprised. Good place to stay.

definitely recommend

A/C, location is perfect: close to everything (beach at 2 minutes walk) but still pretty quiet during the night. The appartment was very clean and perfect for 5 people (2 double rooms + 1 single bed in the living room). Also equipped with TVs and the terrace is a plus. We had a nice stay, also because the hosts were very friendly and helped us with every question we had. A great place to discover Sithonia :)

Very enjoyable vacation

We really loved ap. 3 as we had 2 separate rooms and one shared room also with a bed/sofa, balcony was spacious, beds are ok, It has own kitchen with coffee maker, fridge and one small electrical stove plus a lot of utensils.

Showering was a little "Macarena" style as it's a bit narrow and it needs a mosquito net for the Windows and balcony.

The location was great, had a nice garden with grill. The parking was inside the gated yard. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a nice balcony. The kitchen had everything you needed.

As an improvement, maybe some mosquito nets at the windows would be very useful.

Hospitable but not intrusive host. Separate rooms both with aircon which was very important for us. Very clean. Parking in the heart of Sarti which is hard to come by. BBQ available and a cute public space for it.

Great place and great location, it has it's own parking spot in yard. Everything was very clean. We stayed at old part of house which is mostly renovated but it really has it's own peace and privacy.

Perfect place

Huge recommendation! Everything was perfect. Host are very nice and friendly, communication was great. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, just as described. The house is literally 2 minutes away from the beach and not in the middle of the street so it's peaceful but in city centre. All in all, we really had a great time here!

Location near to the town center, private parking, good air condition, pleasant host that was invisible during our stay, initial cleanliness of the room.

Size of the room and bathroom, bed comfortability, noise from the neighboring air conditioning unit (we had to keep all our windows shut during the night), morning noise from the neighbouring tile shop, no room cleaning and towels or sheet changing during our stay.

Cozy house, in the heart of Sarti. Quiet street, the location is great, the room was perfect. Monika and Cristos are lovely people, made us feel like home.

Really new Apartment

The owners were really kind and a familiar atmosphere It was very clean and new there Air condition worked well Balcony was big and comfortable. There is a garden were you can also eat and 2 small friendly dogs. The Apartment is well situated in only 100 or 200m to the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars also in under 5 minutes reachable.

Mosquitoenet for fresh air in the room we really missed We ( 2 people) had a 3bed room which might have been too small for two people in longer stays. Bigger towels, a second stove top and hooks for example in bathroom would have been nice.
