Posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia di Sarti e vicinissima ad un parcheggio gratuito, in zona tranquilla. Bel terrazzino con affaccio lato mare e stendibiancheria, dotato di zanzariera.

Avevamo chiesto due letti singoli, ci hanno dato un appartamentino con una delle due camere posta in un seminterrato . Un po' bruttina perché dotata solo di una finestrella, anche se il lato positivo è stato avere due bagni Ci vorrebbe uno specchio lungo e lo scarico del wc al piano superiore andrebbe sistemato.

Great value for money. The house is located very close to the seashore. The host was very polite and let us in a little bit early than the regular check in time. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were some free snacks and juices in the fridge. A few parking spots are available in front of the house and very large parking lot is near by.

The parking spots were on a steap hill, but the host gave some directions on how to park safety and easily. The beds were big, but not very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, we were two couples, great separate apartments , great sea view

Thanos, the host, is really friendly, as everyone mentioned in the comments. Warmly welcomed us, handed us the keys, I texted him with a problem in the bathroom and he immediately came with a technician (couldn't completely solve the problem though). There were compliments in the kitchen, coffee capsules too. The room is spacious, the balcony too. Location is good, close to the entrance of the city. It was clean.

Equipment was very old and scarce. In the big room there is just a bed, two bed tables and a wardrobe. The siphon in the bathroom was clogged, and the shower handle was broken. Nobody came to clean the room for 4 nights. The towels were old and yellowish from long usage. One of the rooms was actually semi-underground, and the pipes on the neighbour's bathroom were above the bed - so you hear the water every time they go to the toilet. Not pleasant at all. The lights in the room were not enough, one bulb was burnt.
