Perfect location, very close to the centre and the beach

Excellent for its price

Our stay at Filippos House was very good. The rooms are spacious enough, with big balcony and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay in Sarti. The bath is smallish but we have seen smaller in Greece. The host was always there for us and replied quickly when we messaged her. The location is excellent. Overall, we loved our time in Filippos house and would come again.

I was happy with my choice of accommodations.

Location was very near beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. It was on the edge of town, so you are not in the middle of the crowds. From the balcony, I enjoyed observing the everyday life of some businesses and locals. Hostess was extremely kind and helpful. At times, we had to use Google translate to communicate. (She did not speak English).

The location is great because you are literally in the centre of the town. Place was super clean and I definitely recommend it for younger people.

The price is good for that apartman. The balcon is spacious with good view. Ac is in the price.

The toilet had water issue. Need a repair. Rainy days we watched movies, but the tv is really tiny. Wifi is slow sometimes. Church is nearby, the bell is loud in the mornings. But these cons are acceptable for that price, except the toilet.

BUONA STRUTTURA A SARTI

La proprietaria molto carina e accogliente nel momento del check-in. La posizione era centrale. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro città. Molto bello e ampio il terrazzo. In cucina era presente la macchina del caffè Nespresso.

In 6 giorni non è mai stata effettuata la pulizia in camera né il cambio degli asciugamani che erano solo 2, uno per persona. Secondo me un po' insufficienti per una vacanza. Queste piccole accortezze possono fare la differenza in soggiorno in una località di mare
