My daughter and I felt more like we were staying with friends or family rather than in a guesthouse. Athina and Giannis are the most wonderful hosts – incredibly attentive, warm-hearted, and full of genuine kindness. From the very first moment we arrived, they made us feel completely welcome and cared for. We were spoiled with so much love, thoughtful details, and their constant willingness to help with anything we needed. Every conversation with them was heartfelt, and they always had time to listen and share a smile. I have honestly never experienced such hospitality before – this place is truly exceptional. If you are looking for a stay that feels like home, with people who really care about their guests, this is the perfect choice. An absolute recommendation from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you, Athina and Giannis, for everything – you made our holiday unforgettable!

Stüdyo ve balkon oldukça temizdi, balkonda masa ve 4 sandalye vardı her sabah kahvaltımızı orada yaptık. sokaktan gelince binaya gelmeden ayaklarınızı yıkayabiliyor odaya temiz girebiliyorsunuz bu da çok hoşumuza gitti! They're always available and incredibly positive, ready to help with anything you need. Thank you so much for our time in Sarti and for the precious gifts (olives, olive oil, and cake!). We stayed on the first/basement floor for four nights. We had a double bed and a double bunk bed. The studio and balcony were very clean, and there was a table and four chairs on the balcony, where we had breakfast every morning. We really liked that you could wash your feet and come back clean before entering the building! The parking lot is in the garden, so you don't have to leave your car on the street or walk anywhere to get there. It was very convenient! The beach road and all the restaurants along the coast, as well as the long sandy beach, were about a one-minute walk away. It's also a few minutes' walk from the center, but it's quite quiet compared to other places so close to the center and the beach. It's a great location!
