Fantastic location and good price. Handy to have parking right outside your door. Good for a couple of nights.
Dishes were dirty so I washed them all before we used them. There is no washing machine or facilities in town, which could be a problem if you want to stay longer then a few days. There is also no couch or indoor area to relax if you want to stay out of the sun - there is an outdoor balcony setting which was nice to have breakfast but very hot to sit outside in the middle of the day.

The studio was nice - clean, comfy. Beds were ok.
We've notified the owner about our exact hour of arriving. Upon arriving there was nobody except owners paren, who happened to not know a word of english, german or russian. We had to wait for 30 minutes at 40+ degrees, for the owners arrival. Aircon only works when the key is inserted in the power socket - unacceptable, it takes a lot of time to cool the hot room. No shampoos in the bathroom.
