La proprietaria persona squisita, sempre disponibile e molto cortese, l'appartamento era molto confortevole e con letti comodi. WiFi, smart TV con prime e Netflix, 2 televisioni, bagno nuovo e pulito. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Sannicandro di Bari. Ci tornerò.

Nel periodo estivo la sera chiudono una parte del paese fino a mezzanotte e trovare parcheggio vicino all'appartamento fa un po' sclerare ma tutto sommato si parcheggia abbastanza vicini.

La struttura è centralissima e permette di raggiungere a piedi negozi per qualsiasi necessità, ristoranti e i maggiori punti di interesse. Tenuta benissimo, pulita e ordinata, con tutto ciò che serve. L’host Santina è stata disponibilissima e gentilissima. Consigliatissimo!

It was close to the town center; it had a kitchen and a washing machine; public parking was easily available.

The owner immediately wanted me to cancel the booking and pay her directly, offering a discount. The property had no windows other than if the front door was left open, which in winter (or any time) wasn’t a good option; it was very cold inside the apt and the slow heater took 18 hours to finally warm it up; the internet did not work the entire 3 days we were there. She claimed it was an area problem but the businesses around us all had internet. The cement walls blocked all cell service so I had to stand outside (January and cold) to have any sort of connection, including contacting the host. The outlet for the washing machine was not working so it had to be pulled across the bathroom to another outlet, blocking the toilet. No side lights at all in the entire apt; no bedside tables. The sheets were very rough. Only one rag to do all dishes, counters, or any wiping up. The towels very thin. The soap for the shower was a reused bottle of body wash. I’m not fussy, but it would take so little to make it a comfortable place to stay but instead all the corners were cut.
