Frank a fourni des informations très claires pour l accès au logement, avec photos à l’appui. Il a été très réactif quand j’ai posé des questions. Des boissons fraîches nous attendaient dans le frigo, c est une attention à laquelle nous avons été sensibles. Le logement est bien situé, à proximité du centre et a 20 minutes à pieds de la plage. Il y a des ventilateurs, ce qui est appréciable par temps chaud.
C est mal insonorisé, on entend beaucoup les voisins. L appartement mériterait d’être rénové. Le parking est étroit, notre voiture a été rayée par un.e résident.e qui n a pas laissé de mot d explication.
