L'emplacement, la propreté du logement et le confort du couchage.
Quel dommage d'avoir investi dans la mise en place d'une borne escamotable à l'entrée du logement pour empêcher les résidents de stationner devant leur logement car stationner est très compliqué à Cassis sauf à passer une fortune dans les parcmètres ou utiliser un parking gratuit à 4 km + navette payante.
Domotique poussée un peu trop à fond, pour ouvrir et fermer le portillon d'accès, entrer et sortir du logement, tirer les rideaux...

The place is super modern with optimal use of small space. It was pleasantly designed and quite functional.
The dining table was quite heavy to put down and up. The bathroom design was not the best, electric plugs behind the mirror not convenient, and everything got wet when the shower was on. the water pressure was not great. the bath mat was hung on the rack for the hand towel and we used it as a hand towel till we found out. Only 1 set of sheets was provided for 20Euro, although there were 2 beds and we intended to use both. It took a while to get used to all the many switches for the lights, sliding doors etc.

This wonderful studio apartment has everything you could need. The location is perfect !!!! You couldn’t be closer to the town. Parking is tricky but there is a fab bus service to a free massive car park and the bus is around €1.50 return !! The host and welcome people were so friendly and helpful, the place was spotless. It’s very high tech and super secure so we felt very comfy, safe and snug during our 5 night stay.
Highly recommend and would visit again 😊
The only thing - and this was the only thing. The WiFi ! It really isn’t available. There is WiFi but the box is clearly in the main home next door so the connection is awful. If you can connect it just drops off. This made it impossible to take work calls etc. If you rely on WiFi maybe look at other 4G options before your visit. It certainly wouldn’t stop us going back tho.
Maybe a WiFi extender would help ?
